All unit's are equipped with air conditioning, fridge, pot's, plates, cutlery and glasses. The indicated price, includes VAT, taxes, hot and cold water, electricity (220), gas, a free drink to welcome you, parkingplace for 1 car and the beach-service (1 umbrella , 2 sunbeds per bungalow). Excluded the local tax if any. Excluded are sheets, pillowcases, tableclothes and other linen and local tax by night. On the day of arrival the beach is not included.
Booking with arrival Saturday after 17.00, departure Saturday before 10.00. Deposit 30% of total amount. At arrival deposit Euro 50,00 given back at departure after a staff lodging control. Final cleaning one room € 50.00, two and three room apartments € 50.00 compulsory. Minimum stay is a week. Animals Euro 70,00 for disinfection.
